The Record
The facts. The as-is. Nothing here is our opinion: every plate carries its primary source, its retrieval date, its evidence grade (A measured, B official, C self-report, D vendor claim), and its expiry. The foundation is inspected before anything is built on it.
BEARING NOTE · grade D plates (vendor self-report) are marked and never load-bearing on their own.
The Analysis
What the ground implies. Every reading declares which L1 plates it stands on and the condition that would refute it. An analysis that cannot say what would break it does not belong on this floor.
